Welcome to China Institute for a networking program with fellow Chinese language teachers, learning of educational and cultural resources at China Institute, and appreciating China Institute Gallery 2025 Fall exhibition: Metamorphosis: Chinese Imagination and Transformation, which explores themes of personal, cultural, historical and material metamorphosis in dynamic and innovative ways through artworks by 28 contemporary artists of Chinese descent.
A docent-led tour will start at 1:00 pm at the entrance of China Institute Gallery, coinciding with the 23rd New York International Conference on Teaching Chinese, sponsored by the Chinese Language Teachers Association of Greater New York (CLTA-GNY), China Institute in America, East China Normal University and the Council on East Asian Studies at Yale University.
